Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were modern, bright, and welcoming, very clean, and equipped with great amenities. The spacious living/dining room and 2 bathrooms truly made the room stand out.
I was really impressed with the central location of the hotel, just two blocks from the main square. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, especially the terrace on level -2 for certain categories, which could have been bigger for the price we paid. The service was exceptional, from the warm welcome at arrival with the Marriott sign, to the attentive staff like Ricardo Rivera and Angel Huallpamaita at Qespi. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options, although the price for some meals was a bit steep. The facilities, including the spa and classes, added great value to the stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms could use a good clean, the beauty of the hotel and the kindness of the staff were surprising positives. The highlight was definitely the baby alpaca in the courtyard, perfect for some cute pictures!
